The Jefferson Advisory Council (JAC) is a small volunteer board of neighbors here on Beacon Hill that work together to plan and produce Beacon Hill Festival. They advocate for the success of local and citywide recreation services for all people at the Jefferson Community Center (JCC). JAC operates under the umbrella of a special partnership with Associated Recreation Council (ARC) and Seattle Parks & Recreation to create more access for underserved populations and to improve the quality of JCC programming.

Beacon Arts is a longtime partner in producing the Festival, and is an all volunteer organization and registered 501(C)(3) charitable non-profit dedicated to providing opportunities for artists & audiences also on Beacon Hill.
